Auch es bei manchen Dingen noch Unsicherhieten gab, waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht, alles in akzeptabeler Zeit zu erledigen. Lediglich bei der Redchnung gab es Differenzen zwischen dem Rechnungsbetrag und dem Betrag, den ich bei Hotels.com bezahlt habe. Ich habe die Korrektur der Rechnung per Mail angefragt und hoffe, dass die Rechnung noch korrigiert wird. Leider...

"Ein schönes Hotel, bestehend aus mehreren, miteinander verbundenen Häusern. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine Thermen-Welt, die durch einen Poolbereich auf dem Dach abgerundet wird. Das Hotel verfügt über eine recht große Tiefgarage. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Personal immer freundlich. Bei der Anreise stehen Gepäckwagen zur Selbstbedienung bereit. Hier hätte ich mehr Service erwartet. Auch die Mittagsbewirtung auf der Terrasse (am Samstag) war etwas holprig. Alles in allem trotzdem ein...
