"The place was great. Cleanly facilities and well stocked with all amenities. Ronald greeted us and was quite friendly and helpful. The location was very close to the airport, malls and food etc. However on the last night of our stay, there was a rather loud pool party with non - guests. I'm assuming it was friends & family of the owners. We werent informed and we were simply subjected to the loud music and the loud personalities of the other guests until maybe around 1am"

"The apartment was overall clean. It's located on a hill in a village so you definitely need a vehicle to move around..The yard and surroundings needs some work, looks kinda rundown, The new pool is very small and located in an usual spot where I doubt anyone will actually use it...The beds needs some blankets ,those paper thin sheets just won't work because you need the AC, even if its on very low....I asked the owner for a late checkout of maybe an hour but he refused. I was dissappointed...

"Location of the apartments did not correspond to advertised. They advertised central part of Scarborough in 0.1 mile from Botanical gardens. Really they are not in Scarborough. The apartments are located in residential area 10 miles from downtown. No attractions, food, shopping or beaches were in walking distance. Even for dinner we needed to call taxi. "A lovely comfortable, spacious apartment in a fantastic location. Modern kitchen, good appliances. Black Rock beach is right across the road. The Seahorse Inn & Waves restaurant are on the doorstep. The view of sunset does not disappoint. A couple of improvements needed, but would go back."

"Pros: Will rent again. We had a welcome pkg of fresh fruits, water, beer etc upon arrival. Spacious and clean. Loved the pool. Location is great - quiet and very safe but not close to any grocery stores etc. Make sure you have everything with you. You will need transportation. Cons: some of the electrical outlets were not working which was a slight inconvenience but not a big deal. "
