"The room was very clean and bright. We had a good night's sleep. The breakfast and dinner were good quality - choice of cakes, croissants, cold cuts, cheese and bread for breakfast. Lovely coffee machine! Drinks are not included at dinner- even had to pay for water. Nice quiet area and there are a couple of parking spaces in front of the hotel. "

"We visited in mid October because we couldn’t get a place to stay in San Marino. I am so glad! We would definitely stay here again instead of San Marino! It was very quiet and lovey. Having our own hot tub was a huge plus as well!"

"Booked this hotel given the good reviews It had however could not have been more disappointed. Firstly there was no hot water in the shower and the shower drain was totally blocked. The bed was rock hard and I don't think the pillows had been changed in 10years. The aircomditioing kept cutting off at night and also was full of mould. To make things worse the doors were hollow and could hear everything coming from hotel corridors. Given the price we paid it was a very disappointing stay"

"The pros: property is very clean and the breakfast was outstanding. It is very close to the beach and restaurants even in the off season was a good location. The staf works very hard but they are not professional hoteliers. The cons: it is a bed and breakfast posing as a hotel so some nutty things happened during our stay.
