"Hotel front personnel are very attentive to my requests. On the second night they put me in a room more to my liking. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean."

"It's fine. Cheap place to stay. The noise is the biggest issue. There were dogs barking in reception one morning and no attempt from anyone to quiet them down. On the last night there was someone in a room practicing opera from 10pm til gone midnight. Think they need to remind guests and staff this is a hotel and people are trying to sleep. But as I say it's clean, cheap and staff were friendly."

"I enjoyed 2 nights here. It was clean and easy to handle breakfast and check-in. Overall appearance .....needs some paint outside/inside and around windows. Back garden could have been darling if tools and ladders were put away in the shed with the doors closed. Overall it could be charming."

"The staff were great. It was in an ideal location as close to the station and about a 40 minute walk to the Duomo. Would definitely stay here again when in the city :)"
