"Excellent value for money, was upgraded to a lovely spacious room that was tastefully decorated had a wonderful bathroom, have stayed at this hotel in the past in an economy room which was also fine"

She doesn't speak French, so she was very impressed with the staff ability to communicate with her and help her with all her needs. Customer service is what made this property to stand out. Only negative was room could be cleaner in places but to be expected so not to bothered. Very happy overall"
