Bring towels and toilet paper , left us with 3 towels and 3 rolls for 3 people. 4th day someone brought us towels and toilet paper because I complained about it. Signage says they refresh every 4 days but we had to contact them to give us fresh towels."

"Luz, the house keeper, was amazing. She was really friendly and caring. If you need help with siteseeing, where to eat she helps you. The room was really clean, charming and nice.
