"Because I don’t speak Italian or German, checking un was a challenge. The receptionist behaved as if I was the one at fault for not finding a common language. After taking our passports and handing me a key, she left abruptly without indicating the location of the room. The room itself was nice. "Disappointed for the price. There is a new and old building for the hotel. I stayed in the old which was okay. The front desk noted there was a sauna but I could not use it because it was not in the price. The previous hotel I stayed at was less expensive and it was included. Towels were rough industrial towels for a kitchen not a bath. Breakfast was okay, breads were a bit stale. I think only a few people were staying at the hotel so the food was not as fresh. "
