"We loved that our suite was spacious, very clean, beautifully decorated, and the beds were super comfortable. The surf was a fair distance away, but from our third floor suite we could see the crashing waves, and slept well to the distant roar of the ocean. Our checkin was smooth and friendly, and the receptionist was a great help getting our luggage to the third floor. My husband and I both have limited mobility, so we greatly appreciated the elevator and its close proximity to both our room...

"The staff was wonderful the pool and hot tub were excellent. Kids enjoyed the game room. Room was spacious, but it definitely needs some updates. We had 2 rooms and 1 had bowls one didnt and then there was some lack of plates and utensils in one of the rooms. Overall though great stay! "

"The rooms were big but there were drawbacks. Pillows need to be changed, they were very hard and uncomfortable. Unfortunately there was a lot of family noise around us, too bad there was a lack of insulation used. Ocean Shores was lacking a lot, not the same so many years ago."
