"Loved this small cozy, basic room with river view, directly across from the Flower Gardens. Traveling solo, this was a perfect location, conveniently just a 2 minute walk over the bridge, and 2 minutes to the Park & Town Center. Double Bed was very comfortable, with private (very!) "I loved the location, friendly staff and cleanliness of both the room and the common areas. I was never able to get the hot water to work so wished they had left written instructions as there isn’t always someone on site. While they left a couple bars of soap there’s no where to place it while showering. Lastly there’s a tiny trash bin in the bathroom that can only fit a few small items so a regular size one somewhere in the room would have been nice and practical so I had to request a trash...

"The owner spoke bad about Expedia and asked for an additional $100 cash. The rooms had a horrible paint smell. We did not stay at the hotel and now we have not received a refund of our money. I will not ever recommend this property."
