"Great hotel, but the toilet was the wrong direction and difficult to use because the front was not facing the door. Had to walk in sideways to use the toilet. Bathtub is nice, bed is comfy. Parking is limited but if there are no spots they will park for you outside."

"We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable and had a soft, warm blanket. The room had a large-screen TV with Google TV and hundreds of live TV stations. Two gaming stations were available in the room. We had a refrigerator, a hot water kettle, a humidifier, and a clean and functional bathroom. "DON'T STAY HERE! Orbitz should stop allowing hotels to list deceptive prices and then tack on "special fees." This is a "hot sheets" hotel that will tack on extra fees for checking in before 7 PM, weekends, and apparently, whatever else they feel. We booked two rooms for two days paid in advance on Orbitz, and then were help up for another $120 when we arrived. "

"Staff opening room's door even when the guest stay in rooms. the machine parking take few min for bring out car. floor heating boiler were having problem, even hot water was not coming out easily. renting cooking tools were a mass, spoon and chopsticks had stain on it, pan's coating were scratched, knife were not able to cut any of meat."
