"When I arrived at 11:30pm there was no one behind the desk. The guy working the desk told a guest in the lobby to tell people that he went on break and he’d be back in 30 minutes!!! I was NOT HAPPY! A few minutes later he came back in and saw me and someone else at the counter and said, “Oh, I guess I won’t be going on break.” So glad he came back but it sure wasn’t the nicest way to be greeted. :("

"The pillows could be a bit better on the bed; however, overall, my partner, and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It was absolutely clean. The service was kind and friendly and prioritized our needs. I will definitely be wanting to stay here again."

"It was a comfortable stay. Beds comfy breakfast was good. There waa a clerk that worked the desk name chris very nice and accommodating and also a young guy very nice didnt catch his name they were all friendly. Short drive to UF Hospital convenient. Went there foe family memeber surgery. Only one issue my fault when i choʻse 5th floor low watwr pressure to shower. Other than that all good. If had to come back to Gainesville I would return to thia hotel."
