"This is a decent place. Rooms were clean, staff was helpful and friendly, pool and hot tub were open, standard hotel breakfast. But the pool and hot tub were a bit dirty, the ceiling is t in great shape in the pool area, and our room did not have a refrigerator, though there was an obvious spot where one is supposed to be. Owners just need to reinvest in their property."

"We had prepaid. When we arrived to the property we thought we had booked, there was no record of our reservation. The contact phone number on the reservation was not accurate, it was some guy's personal number in Los Angeles. For Hotels/Expedia Help, had to first go through AI Chat, then some unhelpful chat with a guy named "Christian" who disconnected me without my problem being resolved but did give me a "1-800" number to call. The call was awful, had to go through many unrelated menus...
