I contacted the manager via text and it was taken care of straight away. The staff here take great pride in customer service. I loved that it was like a home with a kitchen, fridge, and stove top. It was easy to park and come and go as we pleased. Only one of our nights was noisy, but in a hotel it is kinda expected I guess. "
