"Exterior looks like a building occupied by punkers. Reception was tiny and busy, but effective. We got a day short on our keys, but it was fixed quick enough. Rooms were clean, cool, quiet, and functional. Nothing fancy at all but we had a very good sleep over 3 nights. Showerhead was terrible."

Not horrible but should be full explained before you book. -Maybe it was but I didn't see it. Not sure why you can't do it all before arriving at the door. PLace is OK but not deluxe. Owner was very nice and friendly"

"Very basic hotel, a bit noisy at night time, but I was still able to get a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly. Just keep in mind that you check in at a hostel a few doors down, but the staff will walk you to your building. The hotel's location cannot be beat!"

"Great hostel, the beds were spaced wide apart and the bunks very high, so had a feeling of space and privacy. The rooms were stylish and the shared facilities on the whole kept very clean. My only negative was that the air con unit in the dorm I stayed in was VERY loud, it felt like being the bowels of an ocean liner sailing third class by the engines. I got some earplugs which muffled the sound out, so wasn’t too bad the last two nights. "

"The room was nice and clean; the owner seemed a little put out at first because Expedia had overbooked us and she didn’t seem to happy. When we asked her about coffee in the morning she looked at us like we’d lost our mind! It all turned out fine and she had coffee for us in the morning for a small charge.
