"The night clerk was willing to accept the price for the room as it was on Expedia, however the price was $80. The night clerk explained he was not making money from a $38 rate. The room was nice and cleaned but the area outside could be cleaned up since a section of the hotel is for weekly rentals."

"Nice motel for our overnight stay. Did not meet any staff. They use a key locker system and office drop box but worked well for our needs. Dated motel but our room was large and updated, very clean and with a comfortable huge king bed. "

"Holes in walls. Room not clean. No water pressure or ice machine. In bad repair. Bathroom light hanging, mildew and dirty. Room was hot"

Especially good for divers up for training or out diving some fresh water. Close to the manatees. Will definitely stay here again for any further training we have in this area or any diving in this area. Highly recommend this place and this host."
