"I stayed at the Comfort Inn in Indepencence, OH one night and it was a great stay. The hotel is in good shape, the room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was in great shape with a nice tiled floor and granite vanity top and well ventilated. Everything worked well. Also, they had a good breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal and other typical stuff. The only thing that needs work is some of the carpeting in the stairwells could use replacing. The following day my Mother in Law had a layover in the same city before flying home, so she went to pick them up. Unfortunately the Staff couldn’t locate them so the GM, Jordan, offered to overnight them to us once they were located. He did just that and they arrived two days later.
