"A nice place to stay. It is about ten minutes walk from the centre, in a modern neighbourhood. There are local buses."

"Never saw or heard another guest. Had to call from the street for the manager to come and give me the key. The hotel desk was never staffed--not once. No ameneties at all. No telephones in the rooms or lobby. Wifi--yes. They gave me a key to enter from the street. The room and maid service were fine. If the rest of Soria hadn't been sold out, I would have chosen another place to stay. At best, this is a hostal, but minus most hostal services. "

"Could not access property upon arrival. supposed to have staff at front desk for check-in from 1 - 5. Arrived 1:30, no one on duty, no one answered intercom by front door. Finally got response an hour later. No one actually on duty the whole two days we were there. WiFi goes down at least twice per day, sometimes for hours while we ry to contact someone to fix it. Room cramped, shoddy; everything done as cheaply as possible, and badly. Sign above 'reception' desk requests 5-star review,...

"I stayed in the Sercotel for a week when I arrived in Soria to teach English. Overall, my stay was pleasant and comfortable. The rooms were cleaned daily, sheets and towels changed regularly, and plenty toiletries provided. The room was basic, but had everything that you needed. The breakfast was included which was nice, although there wasn't a huge selection - some fresh fruit would make a nice addition. "Agradable, relación calidad-precio adecuada. Habitación pequeña, pero suficiente para dos, el baño amplio con toallas, gel y champú. Nos gustó el detalle de que tenga una pequeña nevera para mantener fresquito lo que lleves. Las camas en general cómodas. especialmente la almohada viscoelástica. Si buscas algo normalito y adaptado a un presupuesto medio, lo recomiendo."
