"First time staying at this location, if you have children this hotel is it. Everyone at the property was very nice, great customer service. Clean Hotel, staff on the property 24/7. The hotel is at an easy accessible location that is close to everything."

"This place is worth every penny (because that's literally what you're paying - penny's on the dollar). However, you get what you pay for. The staff is very astute and forthcoming, the parking is convenient and directly in front of the room, and the rooms are, in fact, clean. However, the rooms are very noisy - you hear literally every sound on the property, everything is well beyond its prime (and is showing it) and you don't feel like it's clean (but it is). The Veteran bridge to US is 3-minute drive from the hotel. Hotel is located on the corner of Lauro Villar, a major street in Matamoros, with easy access to the periferico."
