"The apartment was very clean. They need to improve and have google tv with Netflix, YouTube and sky tv. Also the spur in the bath wasn't working. "

"Clean and tidy room with private bathroom and shower. One double and one single bed. A shared kitchen which had full amenities although I did not use these. A warm fire place in the shared lounge which another nice room guest added in more firewood which the warmth flowed into the dining/kitchen area. If you are looking for a simple, fuss free room for an overnight/long stay, can't go wrong here. Under 10mins drive into the city/beach/Mt Maunganui. "

"Loved everything about our stay. Great location, hospitable owners, beautiful grounds, cute chickens. Clean room and comfy bed, not en-suite but private bathroom for every room, hot shower with very good shower pressure, lovely common kitchen and lounge areas. Would have stayed longer had we could! "Really disappointed with finding rubbish from previous tenants on balcony, possibly from more than a week, also the photos depicting the lawn area on site are misleading as the lawn area is very small and you think the place is in the country but it is not. My daughter had to clean the dishwasher and sink incinerator as it smelt really bad, for what I paid for the accommodation one would expect it to be clean. Also wooden walk area to the very small back yard is rotten, and the gate does not...

"The facility had mould behind the curtains, was dated and dirty. There were toys over the driveway, empty alcohol boxes and we ended up not being able to stay because of the state of the room. We were charged over $400 for the one night and was told we have to go to Expedia to get a refund. Very disappointed! "
