"I wasn’t expecting too much but it did surprise me. It is a basic hotel. Nothing flash but for the price and location (assuming you want to be in the area as I needed to be), it was great. The room was spacious. The only thing to be aware of there are no toiletries - no shampoo, only a very small bar of soap (they do provide towels). There is a shopping mall by the main train station just up from the hotel. The breakfast was good, and the staff helpful. It may feel like a dodgy area but it...

"Very convenient hotel located above a shopping arcade that is next to the train station, and bus stops all around. Unfortunately no kettle or teas/coffees. Shower is small but well designed so it seems larger."

"The staff on duty (I didn't get her name) on 25 Feb/1900hr est was extremely helpful and friendly. She was patient in explaining the hotel's policy to me and when I needed a power adaptor urgently as mine was incompatible, she immediately provided me with one which was such a life saver.
