"I was unexpectedly upgraded to the "kids suite." This is the room with a queen bed and a bunk bed. The girls loved the bunk beds and having "their own room." It's a small space with a divider. I thought it was wonderful for me and an my 8 and 11 year old co-travelers. The people at the hotel were great, and we were basically in the shadow of Discovery Park which the kids also loved."

"The hotel was awful. Floors were nasty. Bathroom was nasty. Toliet leaked. No shower head. Holes in comforter. The guy didn't have a computer. Did not even know we were coming. Made me show him proof that we had paid online because he had no way to see it. "
