"Good hotel, nice staff but yet again room provided was not the ones selected. This happens frequently with Hotels.com and is becoming a little tedious at times. Just simplify the room choices and stop offering upgraded rooms at upgraded prices if you aren't going to give the correct rooms upon arrival"

Apart from the shower they are great little rooms, TV even has Netflix etc. Even though we were on a main road it was pretty quiet as we were in the carpark area which is set back from the road "

"31 Castle Gate gave us a very clean and comfortable 2 night stay . Private and quiet accommodation clear instruction re parking facilities. Easy access to shops, cafe and relaxing meal/ drink in the evening sat by the canal. Initial access wasn't granted by the code given but a very quickly answered call gave us access for the stay. Thank you to Daniel - very helpful and he also checked in with us to make sure access was ok . Would use the accommodation again . "
