"Lovely welcoming people. You have to understand that anyone walks can walk through the door and I believe they try very hard to make them feel welcome. Wi-Fi good , there is staff member that speaks English however you should download a translation app as mostly speaking Spanish. One thing I disliked is bathroom outside of bedroom. "This hotel was really lovely and comfortable. The parking situation was a bit tricky. We ended up parking in the wrong garage and paid $51 for one day. So be careful, and do not park in the Biblioteca (library) parking lot. There are several restaurants and bars close to the hotel.
