My only complaint was that we lost power in our room twice in one morning, I'm not sure if it was the entire property because it was incredibly windy that day so it may not have been an issue with the property itself at all but I felt it was worth mentioning. " I ordered a room with a jet hot tub from the web site .Yes I paid extra for the room .I was informed by the office that none of the rooms had jet tubs,they was in the middle of a remodel. I asked questions around the extra charge for a room with the jet tub . No response. I suggested they update the online site andI was dismissed back to the remodeling situation. They never offered to refund any part of my payment and or update the advertisement. A extra blanket in the room would be nice it is...

"The hotel was well kept, great rooms, breakfast was one of the best yet. I was very pleased! Only complaint was mattresses were a bit hard but outside that everything was great including staff."
