"While my stay started off rocky due to hotels.com messing up my reservation, it ended up being a very nice trip. It started when I arrived at the hotel and was informed that i was only booked for one room instead of 2. I showed them my confirmation showing that i did indeed have 2 rooms forn2 nights.
