"Não atendeu a espectativa, no período que estive hospedado não foi feito nenhuma vez a limpeza do quarto, ou até mesmo a troca das toalhas ou roupa de cama. No momento do checkin falei que queria a NF das diárias, até o momento que sai não foi emitida, e nem deram retorno pelo número do whatsapp que me passaram. Outro ponto negativo, bastante cheiro de cigarro nos corredores do hotel, isso que tem placas de proibido fumar"

"That hotel shouldn't even be listed by Hotels.com, it's simply horrible. The listing gives some very wrong information about the hotel and amenities.
