"The mattress, sheets and blankets all has dirt on/in them and burn holes in the it, the mattress is beat up and you can feel the springs poking you so we are sore as all hell this morning when we woke up and kept waking up through out the night uncomfortable and in pain. We had to strip down the bedding and shake it out due to all the dirt and other stuff in it."

"The property was not terrible for a hotel but, the handicap parking was covered in snow and the way to the door was unsafe for a handicap person. The beds are not big enough for 2 adults. The staff was ok. "

"This hotel is clean, smells good and the staff is accommodating. Our daughter had a tournament in Fitchburg and we stayed one night at this hotel. They checked us in early and checked us out late as requested with no issues. "
