"Never saw or heard another guest. Had to call from the street for the manager to come and give me the key. The hotel desk was never staffed--not once. No ameneties at all. No telephones in the rooms or lobby. Wifi--yes. They gave me a key to enter from the street. The room and maid service were fine. If the rest of Soria hadn't been sold out, I would have chosen another place to stay. At best, this is a hostal, but minus most hostal services. "

"Could not access property upon arrival. supposed to have staff at front desk for check-in from 1 - 5. Arrived 1:30, no one on duty, no one answered intercom by front door. "I stayed in the Sercotel for a week when I arrived in Soria to teach English. Overall, my stay was pleasant and comfortable.
