"A beautiful home away from home, George couldn’t have been more accomodating and friendly, we felt ever so welcome and our city Kelpie X dog was where he should have always been bought up, in his element. The pub does a great meal and whilst in the beautiful country, there is so much nearby, great food, lovely country shops and many things to see. "The cabin is very dated, except the kitchenette. It had an odd odour, curtains were old and I cringed having to touch them. Couch cushions were ripped and stained and very uncomfortable. There was animal hair all over. The cabin suited it's purpose but not very nice. I would not stay again unless no other option"

"We had a very comfortable 3 night stay at this motel. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and bedding, bathroom was clean and fresh. Surprisingly even though right a main road it is a nice quiet motel. Don't let the name 'budget' make you think twice. Highly recommended and definitely would stay again."
