"The room was very clean and updated and had a specific device attached to a table near the tv for charging usb devices. The alarm clock on the nightstand had a usb socket on the back. The place was clean. I left a $10 tip it was so clean. Unthinkingly, I’ve never tipped the maids before now. I woke before breakfast with an email or text about my stay was ending, did I want to extend it. This was outrageous! I stopped for the night during my travels and the website woke me up from Very Comfy...

Another small issue is that they ask for a $30 cash deposit in advance that they hold until the next day for potential damages. Although that is not much money, most people don't carry cash nowadays, and they should allow a small hold of $30 on a debit card."
