"We were told our room was upgraded free of cost, which is great. The hotel's location is excellent. It is unfortunate the hotel doesn't have an elevator as we had heavy luggage. Also, the angry lady at the breakfast was quite rude, huffing and puffing if we placed the mug wrong in the coffee machine or attempted to cut a piece of cake for ourselves."

"This hotel is in an amazing location. It's a little rough to get to, but once there, you don't really want to leave. "We were so pleasantly surprised by this wonderful little hotel! It was beautifully situated by Lake Como, within easy walking distance to the lake.
