"This was the best customer service I've ever had at a hotel; the female night manager helped arrange our parking, carried most of our suitcases, and even helped us buy bus tickets - at the bus stop! While there were a few details, like too much road noise and the tv not working (could care less), the staff's friendliness and helpfulness made it a very enjoyable stay. Would stay again in heartbeat."

"Great spot by the train station. Room small but nice and clean for the 3 of us. Aircon was great in the heat when we stayed. Staff extra helpful. Cooking facilities were great and not too crowded at meal time. Breakfast in the nearby shared hotel was excellent.. kept us going for the day. Would stay here again. We were 1 adult and a 12 and a 14 year old (girls). Highly recommend."

"Esperienza consigliata, lo staff è stato molto cordiale e disponibile… A Mendrisio per lavoro ci vado spesso, l’albergo è molto comodo alla stazione, cosa che ho sfruttato per recarmi in centro. Ma anche per una semplice camminata al lago. Credo da come sto scrivendo si capisca la bella esperienza che ho passato ed infatti ho lasciato 5 stelle su 5."

"This property was amazing. The view from the room is worth every dollar. The staff is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond. We got in a bit later on the day of arrival and it was pouring rain, we went down for the dinner and it was so cozy and welcoming of a space. "

"The Woodhouse hotel was our base for attending the Bruce Springsteen concert in Monza, which is just a bus and train ride away. The hotel is no frills, but has all the comfort you need, from good beds to clean rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a shopping mall with a large supermarket less than 5 minutes walk and a bus (712) that takes you directly to the metro station at Sesto San Giovanni and from there you can get to central Milan very easily. "I loved every part of my stay here. The staff were so kind and helpful. The location was a few minutes away from the more touristy areas so you felt like a local. Super close to multiple breathtaking trails and overlooks. Great for seeing the lake towns and mountain views. "

"I recently stayed in an economy room with private bathroom, but after reading the reviews I didn’t have my hopes up. However, I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at Hotel Bristol. Firstly, it is very accessible via the local metro system and had no bother finding it. The room had a lot more than I expected: balcony, fan, TV, wardrobe, bidet etc. It was quite comfortable and reasonably clean too. If I ever come back to Milan, I’ll definitely try and stay here again - especially with the low price I paid."
