"I come in from Arizona several times a year because of proximity to my son. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, but my last 2 stays (January and now) i have been VERY disappointed at the cleanliness of the rooms. Both times there was hair, dirt and dust bunnies on the bathroom floor, spilled, sticky pop ny the beds and desk, and thru the clear trash can liners, i can see crusted food and more sticky pop. "Stayed to attend my daughter volleyball tournament ar McComb Fieldhouse. First appearance of hotel, was food. It’s a little outdated, but clean and staff friendly. My daughter went to oool and hot tub, she enjoyed. Room was clean and roomy. Had a double queen that had sofa. I was on first floor near pool and lobby, super convenient. "Very very clean even though it’s an older hotel. Front desk woman who checked me in was wonderful! She went above and beyond! The room was immaculate! This is super easy access on and off the freeway with a truck strap across the street and a couple of restaurants in the area."

"The people were so nice, friendly, and patient. Our stay was so restful. I accidentally locked my keys in my car. I called AAA to get it open. They were extremely gracious about extending our check out time considering our situation. As it turned out, the guy came early enough to check out on time. I highly recommend this business.
