"New carpet and fresh paint it seemed. Building is old, but seemed clean. They said my room was ready but it wasn’t- got a readied room immediately after that. Room auto door lock didn’t work- fixed immediately. They had to plug in my a/c unit which made me think they had just wrapped up the minor remodel. The bed being really comfortable would cause me to go back…as long as the price stayed under $100. "
