"It is a budget hotel, bed was comfortable, shower is setup weird, had to stand in the hallway to get dressed, I traveled with my grown children. Lots of homeless people hanging around near the hotel although they didn't bother us. Its a rough part of the city. The hotel people helped the best they could. Skip the breakfast, not worth the $10. The milk was left out so long, it was warm. The hotel was clean and we had fresh towels each day. We used Bolt and the subway. Taxi's are supper...

"Hotel was better than expected. Nice clean, quiet hotel and rooms. Large secure underground car park (€10/night), entrance very narrow. Breakfast was ok but if you venture out to the local shops there is a nice bakery that also sells coffee and freshly made sandwiches (lovely). Hotel nextdoor to a supermarket and a few minutes walk from metro (line 12). "

"Easy to get to from Paris Gare du Nord. 2 minute walk from Laumière metro to hotel. Room was totally adequate, bed firm but comfortable, good shower etc. Breakfast was good, standard fayre for hotel breakfast in France. Easy walk to Bassine de Vilette and Buttes de Chaumont. Plenty eateries local to hotel. This is a budget hotel so don't expect luxury, moreover, it seems it is popular with large groups of teenage pupils on school trips etc, so can be a queue for breakfast, served 6am to 10am...

"Check in was quick and very smooth, needed to pay for local tax and car park on arrival which was easily done at reception. All staff were very friendly and offer to help with any needs. Bed is very comfortable and room is warm, also very quiet considering a train track is behind hotel which takes you anywhere you need to be. We left the hotel and in 20 mins we was at the Eiffel Tower! Couple of restaurants just outside and also a nice pastry shop just over the pathway. "

"Perfect place to stay for a night if you have to take a plane the next day from Orly… free shuttle form and to the airport ( no shuttle between 0930 am and 4.30 pm but a metro just opposite that takes you to the airport in 2 mn to terminal 4 from there you can walk to the others … only 2 euros) basic room but clean, breakfast available with good choice of viennoiseries, fresh fruits, cereals, eggs tea coffee etc for 11 euros)"
