"In the morning, the water from the shower was cold. I had to wait until later each morning, for the water to be hot enough to take a shower. And too, the sink in the room did not drain properly. However, despite what others have said, I had no problems with the window, which sealed properly and kept out most noise. The staff were all fairly friendly.
