"Starting with the reception the staff speaks English. the aid was blocked , my room was ready. the hotel is 10 minutes walk from theTrain station where you can move to any part of the city and the country (I travel from CDG airport to Lyon direct by train. The only thing I had at the hotel is that I was charged in advance for the two rooms and they were supposed to be paid at the hotel. "

The only problem it's to get there, it doesn't have a easy connection with the centre of Lyon and around the hotel there is not enough things to do and the Hotel doesn't have instalation for recreation. "I was charged twice at different amounts and got the invoice to offset the wrong one via email. When I checked out in the morning, the lady said she can't resolve on her own but I can call in the afternoon to follow up. I sent a reminder via email asking when I can however, no one replied or refunded me after 2 working days. The tap of the shower was broken. The cleaner forgot the cleaning cloth in the sink. The good part is the reception's friendly attitude that they fulfilled special request...
