"We were told our room was upgraded free of cost, which is great. The hotel's location is excellent. It is unfortunate the hotel doesn't have an elevator as we had heavy luggage. Also, the angry lady at the breakfast was quite rude, huffing and puffing if we placed the mug wrong in the coffee machine or attempted to cut a piece of cake for ourselves."

"This is our second time here in Sankt Gallenkirch and skiing at the resort!! We had such a good time and the skiing was great!! "The host was very nice and breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed a coffee as we watched the sun rise hit the mountains from the comfort of their assigned tables. Our host Renee was phenomenal and spoke very good English. The front desk is closed on Wednesday so if you plan to check in on Wednesday you will need to use cell service or use an app like whatsApp to call them. "
