"Excellent price and value. Beautiful new renovated rooms. The drive to Southampton was also easy. The only downside was that they had placed mulch all over the property and it smelled so strong we didn’t want to sit outside because of it. It didn’t affect our stay too much as we were driving into Southampton to the beach and not there to use the outdoor spaces of the hotel. It wouldn’t deter me from staying again. The property was beautifully renovated and the rooms comfy. "

"I wasn’t sure what to expect of this property and I was pleasantly surprised. We were warmly greeted with well landscaped grounds and easily checked in. Plenty of parking just outside our room (#9). The room itself was clean and comfortable. Microwave, sizable refrigerator with charcoal grills and picnic tables designated for the unit (not sure this is the case with the main house units).
