"The woman at the front desk was very fast, efficient, and friendly. It was probably the fastest check-in I've experienced at this location. She was probably the nicest employee I've encountered at this location (which has had many very nice people working over the years). The price is right here, with decent amenities, complimentary breakfast, an airport shuttle, easy freeway access, and restaurant across the parking lot. "

"The room was affordable, cozy and while not perfect the king size bed was clean, comfortable and with decent bedding. The mini fridge kept our beverages cool and the wall heater made our stay toasty. Jack London Square can be both touristy and affected by urban issues such as sex workers in the hotel lobby but I would absolutely stay here again."

"Very quiet during the week, got very loud on Friday night. No insulation so it sounds like your neighbors are talking and flushing their toilet in your room. The only coffee option is a machine in the lobby. It is good, if very small coffees. Would love an option to make coffee in my own room. No desk or chair in the room- my room had plenty of dead space, a desk or table and chair would have been lovely. No a/c but ceiling fan and windows open.
