"If you are a backpacker this might be okay for you, but was bad for us. The rooms are extremely hot with no AC and a small fan that does nothing. Leon is the hottest city in the country, and also breakfast was not included in room price. Cannot recommend, although staff seemed friendly and location was good."

The kitchen was large and clean and perfect for self catering and there was a nice area to eat or chill. "Very pleasant room, and air conditioner and WiFi both worked well. Noisy dogs on one side, noisy roosters on the other, but we rather enjoy this kind of noise. The first morning, there were workmen in the next room and on the roof by 8 a.m. or earlier, less pleasant noise, but maybe they were trying to get the water back on (if so, we were grateful).
