The room was nice sized, but it included an entire board room with huge table and executive seating for 15 or so people. It was incredible but of no use to us. But fun. The room was well insulated, weather and noise, and we had a perfect view of the Dom (Cathedral). The big 'but' was the failure of the elevator.
