"Our check in was very smooth. The young man at the front desk was amazing. However, the room we were given was not cleaned…old towels in the floor, bedding everywhere. We informed the front desk and room was clean when we returned, no big deal. Bed was not soft. Water was either ice cold or boiling lava hot. Was quiet. "

"It was a nice property and a safe stay. I just really can't emphasize enough how you just need to replace the shower curtains when there are black stains on them. It has got to be a minimum expense to Holiday Inn to give an immeasurable amount of comfort and cleanliness to each guest. Of all the places they don't want to see uncleanliness, the bathroom and shower are #1!"

"Rented room for an employee who lost his power due to a storm. Property tried to over charge for small dog. People weren’t very friendly. Place was pretty clean and works for a nights rest, at best. "

"When I got to the hotel there was a sign on the door that said the property was closed and it was unsafe to enter. I was very disappointed that no one from the property or Expedia let me know that the hotel had shut down. I book rooms in July and the property was shut down in September by the city and the police department. All hotels in the town were sold out, luckily, I was able to visit with Wyndham directly and they took care of my group at another property. This is lesson learned to...

"The room had no water or coffee cups. Door almost needs a shoulder block to open after unlocking it. The TV has only one channel apparently. I went to the desk 20-30 minutes after i checked in to inquire about to channels (hadn't noticed the cup situation yet), no one at the desk and a call here number. I called she answered, i told the problem she said she would get another remote to see if that was the issue. I told her i was in the lobby, i waited 5-10 minutes, returned to my room and...

"This house was in a very quiet and well kept neighborhood. The house was clean and bed was comfortable. If you’re spending much time here the fireplace does not work and the tv had only an antenna. We, however, were there for an event so this did not bother our stay much. The yard is spacious and free of debris, great for children and dogs. Would definitely stay here again!"
