"Front desk staff didn't seem that friendly at first but they went above and beyond to address concerns and fix issues. There was some sort of stain on the mattress protector that they changed out for us no problem. My main disappointment was the free breakfast. All the eggs contained cheese (lactose intolerant), the oatmeal looked like mush, and the bagel I opted for had no flavor and was way to bread-y. There was no healthy option except for bananas. What happened to the good free hotel...

"Unlike some of the complaints I did not experience any of them. For the price I couldn't beat this hotel. Convenient to where I had to go. My friend who stayed on the 4th floor did complain about doors slamming. Unfortunately the ignorance of other people not allowing the door to slam will never end until a hotel gets "no slam" closers. The bathroom door also had a closer on it that would slam if you didn't hold it. That I had a problem with but other than that it was a pleasant stay."

"The Clarion is a very nice hotel. The only complaint i have was the bed which was not comfortable. If you want a very hard bed then it will be great. For me, not so much."

"The rooms are nicely decorated with enough space to store one's belongings. The complimentary breakfast was much better than what I expected for a hotel like this. The only problem we had was the sliding barn door of the bathroom did not go all the way for the door to be locked. The hook lock couldn't reach the door to lock the door. The swimming pool is a very good size. I stayed here before and I will stay again. "
