"Someone was mugged standing by the main lobby door while waiting for a car service to arrive to take them to dinner. Prior to seeing this, I told my husband that I did not feel safe when i walked from the suggested parking ramp back to the buidling. The general area surround this hotel has gotten less safe over the past few years."

Two areas that could have been better for me: 1) the toilet in my room had a narrow drain and clogged four times during my stay; 2) I have a bad back and asked, as I departed, if there was a luggage cart and was told no.
