"The hotel is simple, very clean and comfortable. The room was small but perfect for my one night stay. It's situated on the main road through town but was peaceful. I chose to have breakfast which was fresh, with a baguette, croissant, ham, cheese, yoghurt and coffee. The owner and team are friendly and helpful. I also ate in the restaurant, the food was excellent!"

"Great service! The room was too hot for us, but we're bad in the heat :D Excellent bathroom and very comfy bread. Good breakfast too! Parking is really easy as well, and it's in a good location too. We were on our way to our wedding and despite the fact that we told them so, they never congratulated (we were even wearing wedding t-shirts) and gave us a room facing a massive pipe. Terrible. "This was the first stop after 600 miles driving only to find the hotel locked up. "Unfortunately although we had planned to stay overnight in Turckheim, our usual hotel had to close for emergency work, so this booking was a last minute decision. Although the location was right, we felt that the accommodation was very basic. The bathroom was clean but rather threadbare, with no extractor fan although it was in the corner of the bedroom. Parking was extremely difficult, and we had some distance to access the hotel carrying our luggage. We could not leave anything in the car...

"Beautiful serene location. Very quiet room with garden outlook, non too spacious but OK. Bed firm . Bath only in room with hand held shower & no shower screen. Welcome far from welcoming, so quick & abrupt. No elevator. Wifi good. Large car park. Dinner in restaurant was a good meal. Please ask cleaning staff to do something about their body odour, most unpleasant!"
