"It was a great stay, the staff were very friendly, the pool and gardens were attractive and well kept. Playa del Maro beach is a hidden gem and about half hours walk, and the caves are 200m away from the hotel, both a must visit. I felt very chilled out staying there. Big thank you to the staff. "

"We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It was comfortable and the staff very welcoming. It runs a breakfast and dinner buffet which is very reasonably priced (if you haven’t selected the half board option at booking) and good quality. The hotel says it offers parking but when we arrived there was none available in its car park . On street parking is possible at €12/day but getting a space nearby was challenging. "A nice small hotel in the centre of Almunecar. The room was good and had view towwards the sea. the nearest parking was six minutes away on foot, but it was easy to droop of the luggage first."

"I benchmark a 5 star experience against chains like the Peninsula. This was a total surprise. Ski weekend and this hotel is perfect. The staff is all in sync and have consistent, excellent professionalism and are just nice people. So many conveniences here for skiers. Right at a chair lift. On site ski rental. Parking. Shuttle. I actually liked the hotel food!!! Nice bar. It really surprised me. The only thing i could possibly critique is the room.doors are not totally soundproof...
