"The room provided was right by the door and as people entered at all hours you would hear it slam. Also, smokers smoking outside near entrance areas. "

"Room wasn’t ready at 3:00. Waited 20 minutes. First key would not work. Receptionist only gave us one key initially. Had to ask for a 2nd key. Very loud construction above our room. No notice had been given to me when booking room. I did not need to sleep that afternoon but it would have been impossible. Overall room was nice although the bed was sideways to the tv. Breakfast is very good. "
