"This is the worst hotel experience ever. They said they didn’t have our (prepaid!) reservation, and we should simply pay for a new room in cash. We arrived on the last day of the year with 2 small kids, but the owner was very very rude. He didn’t even do an extra search for our reservation. We ended up leaving. The hotels.com chat function didn’t work for us so unfortunately the hotel did receive our prepaid funds; they get our honest review in return. I sincerly recommend not going to this...

"Pague una reserva y al momento de llegar al hotel nadie nos atendio y nos toco buscar otro lugar donde quedarnos. Luego al tratar de comunicarnos con el hotel ha sido imposible que respondan por el servicio que no nos prestaron. I paid for a reservation and when we arrived at the hotel no one attended us and we had to find another place to stay. Then when trying to communicate with the hotel it has been impossible for them to respond for the service that they did not provide us."
