"Hotel has a musty smell. 1 of the elevators wasn’t working. Shower had private hairs from previous customer😳.. breakfast was a bit cold. "

"The room cleanliness was ok. The hallway carpet was filthy. I saw the cleaning carts in the hall when I checked in and I noticed large chunks of dirt in the hallway at the time. I was surprised to see them still there the next morning. They had not vacuumed the hall. There were barely any cups for coffee in the morning and they were small foam cups without lids. The front desk is always friendly though and I feel safe here, so I will be back. "
